Beata Zielinska
Beata ZielinskaPersonal Trainer
Beata is a dynamic and enthusiastic person who has focused her career on the Health and Fitness Industry since 2008. Her journey with sport started when she was 7 (swimming and general functional movements). Since 14 yrs old she joined her first fitness club where she found her passion for fitness.

She was growing up with professional body builders where she learned and experienced a lot. Her break from weights was very enjoyable fitness classes. Since then Beata knew what is her destiny.

She wants people to fall into fitness as she did!Currently she believes that sport and fitness are way of balanced life and she can not stop to share this with others every day at work!

Beata has open mind personality and she looks at people in holistic way . She can help you to be addicted with fitness and weights, whether you are brand new to the gym or life-long athlete.

She is qualifited in:

Fitness & Gym Instructor, Olympic Weights Lifting Trainer, Pilates & Yoga Instructor , HIIT & Tabata

Mariusz Olejniczak
Mariusz OlejniczakPersonal Trainer
Mariusz has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. In that time he has had the pleasure of working with all different types of people from beginners to professional athletes. Mariusz has a deep knowledge of Triathlon, Cycling, Running, Functional movements and Olympic Lifting.

A typical workout of his will include a variety of equipment: the TRX Suspension Trainer, kettle bells, free weights, even body weight exercises. He enjoys seeing people succeed and realize goals that they never thought were achievable through hard work and determination.

Originally from Poland. Living in Co. Kildare for over 10 years where he continue his sport career. He is multiple medalist of Polish and Irish championship in triathlon. Finished 4 Ironman triathlons with PB 8:59:28 and 29 marathons with PB 2:38:15s. The biggest achievement for him was racing with the best athletes in Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.

He is qualifited in: Academy of Physical Education – Master degree – Teacher

A-Jall types of fitness!
A-J loves all types of fitness! Special interests include swimming , sailing , weights training, running, cycling and team workouts! Having being diagnosed with asthma at a young age, A-J took up swimming as a form of general exercise and conditioning.
A-J worked hard and competed at both club and school levels for swimming. This lead to a keen interest in water sports and sailing then became a huge passion. Starting out with junior training and working up to a national level competing all over Ireland and Europe. Sailing required a lot of strength and endurance and this is where a love for weights training and strength and conditioning workouts began. The benefits from this training and hard work paid off and numerous podium wins were achieved, leading to an Irish no 1 ranking position. Next came triathlon -why not when you can already swim, lets add the bike and running to the battle! A-J currently trains and races under the Naas Triathlon Club and has 7 Half Ironman medals under her belt to date. (Lost sheep x2, Barcellona x2, Shadowman x1 ,Galway challenge x1, Dublin ironman x1). A-J qualified in exercise , health studies and personal training and now enjoys training others in all areas of fitness and well being. From all her sporting achievements and qualifications A-J thoroughly enjoys training people from varied sporting backgrounds and for various disciplines, no matter your training goals A-J can get you there
