How to Cancel your Class?


1) log into your profile

2) Click on Upcoming Classes

3) Hit Cancel Class Button

Can’t sign in to your Account?


1) Click On Forgot Password

3) You will be asked for your email you are using for booking your classes

4) System will send you email with text:

Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:

http://no1fitnesskilcullen.com/

Username: YOUR USERNAME

If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen.

To reset your password, visit the following address:

5) Click on following address(link)

6) Add you new password(system will generate complicated password, feel free to edit it,

use something simple what you will remember 🙂

7) Click on get new password
